Carlos is the co-founder of Metanalysis, a consulting firm that provides data analytics services with a focus on evidence-based decision-making. Currently pursuing a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, his research centers on the application of machine learning and data analytics to renewable energy forecasting and public policy evaluation. He is passionate about teaching and empowering others by sharing both his knowledge and practical experience.
