Step-by-step:

1. Extract and Analyze Candidate and Job Data:

The workflow parses uploaded resumes and the selected job description to extract key information such as skills, experience, education, and job titles. It uses AI-driven analysis to interpret both structured and unstructured data, ensuring that relevant qualifications are identified even if they're described in different ways.

2. Calculate Fit Scores Using Customizable Criteria:

Each candidate is evaluated against the job requirements using several matching factors, including skill overlap, experience, education, job title similarity, and both required and preferred qualifications. You can adjust the weighting of these factors to reflect your hiring priorities. The workflow then computes a Fit Score for each candidate, quantifying how well they match the job.
