KNIME for Life Sciences: A Collection of Use Cases

New technologies and developments are boosting the possibilities of generating large amounts of data and increasing the importance of being able to handle and analyze it. With this book we provide an overview of how KNIME is being used in cheminformatics, bioinformatics, text mining, and laboratory data. Each chapter is dedicated to one of these fields and covers three use cases. At the beginning of each chapter, concise abstracts describe each use case to allow readers to quickly find the cases that are applicable to them.
