Talk 1: Innovating Audit Analytics with KNIME: A Journey of Empowerment at Grab Internal Audit by Evan Choong and Jamin Teo (GRAB)

In this presentation, we will share Grab Internal Audit's innovative journey with KNIME as a key driver in enhancing our team's capabilities. We discuss how we addressed unique challenges within our department by upskilling with state-of-the-art analytics tools and techniques, as well as showcasing key achievements and successes along the way. Lastly, we conclude with insights on how leveraging the power of KNIME not only improved our collaboration with business teams but also increased our agility to adopt and experiment with new technologies effectively.

Talk 2: Using KNIME Analytics Platform 5.1 for teaching data analytics by Stefan Helfrich, Academic Alliance Manager (KNIME)

The recent release of KNIME Analytics Platform 5.1 has brought a new user interface that feels familiar but contains noteworthy features that make getting started with KNIME even easier. This talk will highlight features from the new user interface and point to common challenges for seasoned educators. To demonstrate this, we will train a toy model and deploy it with KNIME Business Hub (showcasing a subset of its functionality).
