          This tutorial workflow demonstrates how to follow a bouncing ball in a video. This means we first segment the ball using difference images and afterwards detect and track the ball.

          Larva Tracking

          This tutorial workflow shows a simple larva segmentation and tracking. Of course parameters and methods have to be adjusted for your problem, but this is a good starting point.

          Gradient Magnitude

          With this workflow we create a gradient magnitude image. The gradient magnitude image has bright pixel values if in the original image was a significant change of the gray-level between some neighbouring pixels.
