1. Download |  | Download the registration form (PDF) |

2. Fill out |  | Fill out the registration form specifying your personal data, payment information, and the sessions you wish to attend. Be sure to accept the general terms and conditions and to sign the document. |
3. Print |  | Print the registration form by using the print button or the Acrobat Reader print function. |
4. Fax it |  | Fax the completed registration form to +41-44-445-2662. |
5. Confirmation |  | We will subsequently send you an invoice and a confirmation mail. |
