For more than 55 years, Hennessy Automobile Companies has been metro Atlanta’s leader in luxury vehicle sales, service, and leasing. They represent eleven brands in ten locations around the metro Atlanta area.
Previously marketing initiatives at Hennessy Automotive had involved sharing and analyzing data in spreadsheets. This was an error-prone, time-consuming, manual process that needed to be overhauled.
Michael Richter built a BI and Analytics Group from the ground floor up. Using KNIME, he completed a proof of concept project in 3 months and showed how the company could move from error-prone manual spreadsheet work to automated predictive analytics with KNIME.
Now, using KNIME for marketing campaigns, they will be able to achieve bottom line savings of 80,000 dollars a month. With the new trending and forecasting capabilities, they can project what they are able to do and nothing comes as a surprise anymore. There is very little churn, it’s very consistent, and very reliable.
