The Biozentrum of the University of Basel is hosting us for a KNIME Meetup on November 28 focusing on KNIME in the Life Sciences.
KNIME Analytics Platform is the open source software for creating data science applications and services. Intuitive, open, and continuously integrating new developments, KNIME makes understanding data and designing data science workflows and reusable components accessible to everyone.
Open source integrations for KNIME Analytics Platform (which are also developed and maintained by KNIME), provide seamless access to large open source cheminformatics projects like RDKit, CDK, but also integrations for deep learning with, for example, H2O.
Tonight’s spotlight will be on KNIME user stories from the life sciences research - academic and industrial. We will, however, start with a general introduction to KNIME Analytics Platform, so it's worth dropping by, even if you are new to KNIME.
We'll round off the evening with the chance to network with other attendees.
