We're excited for you to join the first Cincinnati KNIME Users meetup in 2020! The first talk by Corey Weisinger gives you an introduction to recurrent neural networks and LSTM units, followed by some example applications for language modeling. In the second talk, Scott Fincher will present an overview of the new features in the KNIME Analytics Platform 4.1 release.
Introduction to RNN and their Applications - Corey Weisinger
RNN units in deep learning architectures are the state of the art for sequence analysis. After introducing recurrent neural networks and LSTM units, we will take a look at different sequence based use cases, using many to one, many to many, and one to many neural architectures. Let’s find out together how these architectures differ from each other and how they can be used for language modeling.
KNIME Analytics Platform 4.1 Feature Update - Scott Fincher
We’ll take you through all the new features and functionalities added in KNIME Analytics Platform 4.1 - new ML capabilities in support of Guided Labeling, several new nodes including the Binary Classification Inspector node and WebRetriever node, updates to components, additional cloud connectivity to both Google Cloud Platform and Databricks, and more. We'll be sure to cover new KNIME Server features as well.
Thanks very much to the Carl Lindner School of Business at the University of Cincinnati for hosting this meetup.
